The architectural sketching and design mission is to create innovative and functional design solutions for construction or renovation projects. Our role is to translate the client's needs and objectives into a coherent and aesthetically pleasing architectural project. We develop detailed sketches and plans that define the appearance, functionality, and quality of the space.

3. INTERIOR DESIGN

Our mission is to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable interior spaces that meet the needs and expectations of users. We address both technical and graphic aspects by selecting the appropriate materials, lighting, colors, textures, and furniture, all while maintaining our minimalist design principles.

Our team of interior designers works on residential, flagship, and office projects.

4. BUILDING PERMIT

The building permit application process involves obtaining the necessary administrative authorization to carry out a construction or renovation project. Our role is to prepare and submit building permit applications to the relevant authorities, ensuring that the plans and documents submitted comply with current regulations and standards. We monitor the application until the permit is granted, addressing any comments and making the necessary modifications to guarantee the project's success.

5. SITE MONITORING AND EXECUTION DETAILS

It involves supervising and controlling the progress of construction work, ensuring that plans and specifications are followed. Our role is to guarantee that the work is carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and time standards, by identifying and resolving any potential problems. We also develop the necessary execution details for the work, specifying the technical specifications and construction methods to be implemented.
